Caroline has worked for over fifteen years in the film and theatre industries as a writer, director, assistant director, script editor, and over the better part of the past ten years, as a script development executive in a variety of contexts. From 1998 -2001 she was a Creative Executive at Fox Australia; between 2001 and 2002 she was the Head of Development for Nice Pictures in Sydney, and most recently she spent four years as the Head of Development at the New Zealand Film Commission. Since leaving the NZFC in August 2007, she has been lecturing part-time in the Film & Television Department at Auckland University, as well as consulting on a variety of scripts and projects.
